This is truly a great buy and I would like to have volume 2, if it is available. I believe there were a total of nine Sherlock Holmes films made starring Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce. Please get the remainder.

Incredible color version. Clarity is superb. Classic Sherlock Holmes. If you are a fan of sherlock And Rathbone/Bruce This is a must. My first video of Sherlock Holmes was $99.00 for one movie.(VHS) cassette. Year 1979.

I bought this 4 film series and was not sure what to expect in regards to its colorization. I was very happy to see that once again Legend Films did an excellent job. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all four films, especially Prelude to Murder which we have seen many times in black and white. This collection of films is certainly suitable for teens and adults, and maybe even for pre-teens who are budding detectives. I had to give this 5 stars!!

Wow these are some really fun shows to watch! Love Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce and these look amazing in color and restored. Totally worth it.
