A Hallmark Mystery original movie. Inspired by Mickey Guyton's song Heaven Down Here. Widowed mother Imani desperately wants to be at home with her kids for the holidays, but her deceased husband’s medical bills keep piling up and she receives a lien notification from her mortgage company. She is forced to accept the holiday shift at the diner where she works where, sadly, her tips are lacking, her boss, Dan, is in a Grinchy mood, and worst of all, a huge snowstorm barrels through town, thwarting her efforts to make it home by Christmas Eve. Instead, she gets snowed in overnight with Felix, a pastor fighting to secure food for his homeless flock, even as his own faith is challenged by his alienation from his son; Clara a busybody hospice worker questioning her place in the world as her child prepares to leave the nest; and Dan, whose personal insecurities and disappointments are masked by his heartless demeanor. Throughout the evening, these four bicker, bond, and unwittingly provide each other with the answer to their respective prayers. They emerge with a rekindled faith in both humanity and themselves, as well as the realization that 'Heaven is other people'.
