In a small fishing town in Taiwan, Bu (Shu Qi) fantasizes about romantic adventures all the time. One day, Bu sits on the beach, a bottle is washed ashore. Inside is a handwritten note with a Hong Kong address. That is so romantically adventurous, Bu thinks. An equally lonely man is calling out for her on the other side of the sea.
