This show is truly amazing! I started it Nov 4th, and just finished the sixth season on netflix, I was majorly dragging the last 5 episodes cause i was like “I don’t want it to end!! D:” but even though i had to finish those last few very emotional episodes it is the best show i have seen in a very long time! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good show to watch!

Why do SD and HD cost the same? Normally SD is cheaper....Love the show though so I guess I'll be rewatching the season 6 on Amazon where it's only 29.99...

I have to say that Damon is my favorite character. I love how him and Elena feel as a couple. Over time I started to see how alive Elena felt when she was dating or even near Damon. But I love the show and I hope they keep making more seasons.

Great writing, character acting with plenty of action and keep you wanting more.

How can you take away a main character that has been in every single episode, how could you take away Nina/Elena? I am still so attached to all of the original cast, I cry every time I watch the season finale. I know that The CW has already filmed season 7 of The Vampire Diaries, but I just had to say that I really really hope That Nina/Elena will somehow, in anyway will be in season 8. I hope that she is in season 7, but I doubt it. Because that would mean that Kat/Bonnie would be dead or a vampire, and I couldn't handle that ether. So whatever you guys have done for season 7, just saying that it better be epic. And better than ALL of the other seasons. One day I hope to work with The CW, and be apart of a cast, well a new family. With a TV show hopefully as good as this one.

This show omg 😍😍😍it's amazing I can't wait for season 7 and I'm still trying to get money so I can watch season 6! I'm suppose to be on episode 4 on season 6 so

Huge fan but Julie Plec is clearly busy on other shows. This was the worst season ever, spoiler alert the season finale will put you to sleep!
