Aidan and Kate both discover they are a match for Carla and Aidan insists he will be her donor. Zeedan tells Robert that he and Rana are giving their marriage another go and he will come back to work, but Robert has to sack Kate.

Phelan is suspicious of Nicola's bid to stop him coming into her flat for a coffee, and Johnny is grateful to discover Aidan is planning to donate a kidney to Carla. Meanwhile, Gemma is chuffed to hear how Chesney stood up for her.

Phelan storms his way into Nicola's flat, and Eva is caught out when both Adam and Leanne want to spoil her for her birthday. Elsewhere, Faye is shocked to find a prescription for Seb in Gary's pocket, and Sally is shocked when Tim offers Steve first refusal on his share of Streetcars.

Desperate to get Phelan out of the flat, Nicola pretends she is having problems with the baby. Meanwhile, Eva tries to get out of her birthday party, a nervous Aidan tells his family he is ready to donate his kidney, and Sally fears her marriage is over.

Craig's obsession with Bethany affects his work, and Eva's ruse to sidestep Adam backfires. Meanwhile, Nicola moves into number 11.

Adam is stunned when Eva says she doesn't want him to go to America with her. Bethany is devastated when she is sacked from the club and blames Craig, assuming he blew the whistle. Meanwhile, Gary is intrigued by Phelan's reaction to a conversation with the Mill Developer.

Summer's school work suffers as she tries to cope with the household chores, and Craig arrives with Valentine's roses for Bethany. Meanwhile, Liz is shocked when she discovers who Ali, the new GP trainee at the practice really is.

Eileen and Eva are shocked to find a comatose Billy in the flat, and Bethany tells Sarah she has arranged for her to go on a date with Aidan. And during the Race for your Wife charity run, Robert drops to one knee and proposes to Michelle.

Craig shows signs of obsessive compulsive disorder around the house while an oblivious Bethany waits at the Bistro. Meanwhile, Liz feels caught in the middle when Ali asks her not to tell Michelle he is around, and Eva realises she is out of her depth trying to help Billy.

Bethany is convinced Craig stood her up because of the way she treated him. Elsewhere, Michelle tries to talk to Ali about his placement and why he hasn't been in touch, and Carla tells Sinead that Daniel is still in love with her.

The Connors wait expectantly as first Aidan then Carla are wheeled down to the operating theatre. Meanwhile, Summer is shocked at the state she finds Billy in, and Michelle tells Robert she is sure she can start afresh with Ali.

At the hospital, Johnny and Roy bond over their love of Carla as they wait for news of the operation, while Billy begs Lee's forgiveness for his past treatment of him. Elsewhere, Michelle has a go at Liz for not telling her about Ali being at the surgery

Eileen is surprised by the turnaround in Billy and quizzes him about his apparent speedy recovery from the painkiller withdrawal. Johnny assures Roy that he will take care of Carla while the cafe owner is looking after his mother, and Phelan makes a copy of Nicola's flat keys without her knowing.

Liz warns Eileen that Phelan is bad news, and Sarah is shocked to see Lee heading up to his brother Billy's flat. Meanwhile, Shona is unimpressed by David rolling in drunk after another night out with Josh.

Nicola tells Gary she thinks Phelan called the police and knows about Seb being in the flat. Meanwhile, Lee is angry when Billy refuses his request to stay a couple of nights, and Kevin offers Jenny a friendly ear.

Phelan has some strong words for Nicola, and Josh and David join forces to deal with Lee. Meanwhile, Jenny confides her troubles to Kevin.

Eva posts her Billy campaign photos on social media and decides to search local hostels and shelters. Meanwhile, Gemma is surprised when Tyrone reveals that Fiz has taken Hope away believing her to be in danger from Ruby.

Fiz forces a confession from Tyrone, and a desperate Billy gives Peter the slip. Elsewhere, Audrey's new client challenges her natural scepticism.

Summer's search for Billy leads her into danger, and Chesney learns of Tyrone's fling. Meanwhile, Rosemary passes Audrey a message from the other side

Shona vows to expose Josh as a liar, and tells a shocked Emma that she needs to book in for an STI test. Meanwhile, Daniel's houseguest proves a passion-killer for Adam, and Johnny rejects Jenny's offer of support.

Johnny suffers a panic attack, Gail suggests to Emma that it is time she moved out, and a moody Adam orders Daniel to get rid of Flora. Meanwhile, Billy looks at Summer's laptop, and is concerned to see she's been using a forum for people who've lost someone through suicide

Robert is taken aback when Michelle shows him Aidan's will, while Shona visits David in prison and implores him to tell Imran about the rape. Elsewhere, Flora takes an instant dislike to Sinead and accuses her of trying to poison her

Michelle reveals the contents of Aidan's will to the Connor women, and then explains she has cancelled the wedding. Meanwhile, Yasmeen sets the wheels in motion for a divorce, and on Imran's advice, David pleads guilty at his court hearing

Johnny breaks down in Liz's arms, and Zeedan is intrigued by Kate and Sophie's intimacy. Meanwhile, Sinead tells Beth that once they've got rid of Flora she intends on moving in with Daniel. However, Flora has other ideas

When Tim voices his suspicions to Steve about Duncan, they agree to check him out, and are shocked to find his office empty. Carla flirts with Peter and suggests that they could do with some evidence to prove that Susie would be better off with Johnny. And during lunch, Kayla steals Craig's keys.

Sally stands accused of losing £40,000 of council money, and Peter shows Johnny the birth certificate. Meanwhile, Toyah and Roy discusses her ex's relationship with Carla, and Cathy rumbles Chesney's secret crush.

Kate gives Rana an ultimatum and Simon returns from court with a referral order, but remains fearful of giving evidence against Tyler. Mary hands out invites for Jude and Angie's surprise vow renewal ceremony, unaware that they are having marriage guidance counselling.

Carla sets Peter a trap to see whether he is really a changed character, while Jude catches Mary and Tracy planning the vow renewal. Two masked teens grab Simon and force him into a waiting car, and Liz orders Gemma not to contact Mike.

Peter and Carla guard Simon at the factory and Jude avoids Angie, knowing that she wants to talk about their crumbling marriage. Daniel suggests Kate's ultimatum in unfair and Angie walks in on Imran and Leanne at an inopportune moment.

Simon backs out of testifying against Tyler, causing Leanne to take out her anger on Carla, while Jude goes into denial about the end of his marriage. Gina suggests throwing a party for Jack's homecoming and Sinead becomes jealous when Daniel turns on the charm.

Jim breaks the news to Steve that his sister is alive, so he and Tracy turn detective and discover Hannah isn't who she says she is. Meanwhile, Leanne admits to Toyah that she's seeing someone from work, but suggests it's Adam rather than her sister's new flame, Imran.

Steve is unconvinced with Hannah's story and wants to do a DNA test himself, while a lawyer confirms the McDonalds are looking at a big compensation payout. Meanwhile, Tyrone offers Evelyn a place to stay, and Imran is amazed when it appears Toyah gives him the go-ahead to date her and Leanne.
