Overview

Victoria gives Arthur her grandmother’s valuable engagement ring so that he can finally propose to Amelie. But neither Arthur nor Amelie are considering marriage, as they both enjoy the non-committal nature of their affair. When Arthur loses the ring, a frantic search begins until Amelie finds it. Overwhelmed by the situation, Arthur spontaneously proposes. Noah gets into trouble when he questions his chief physician’s treatment methods. The criticism has consequences: Noah is removed from the surgical schedule. This means he will not be able to complete his residency as planned. The kiss between Gisela and Heiner is dismissed by both as a harmless whim. But while Gisela’s hopes are beginning to grow, Heiner’s feelings are with Britta. Ben struggles with his reawakened feelings for Tina. Overwhelmed but determined, he doesn’t want to let her move to Wendland and dares a brave, unconventional gesture.
