Thalia tries to hide the fact that Binneland’s new doctor fascinates her, Tracy finally puts her foot down regarding her and Leah, and Hannah expects something from Nicolette that is almost impossible.
Ella feels guilty about using Tracy, but Johan convinces her that it isn’t wrong. Dewald meets Liv and is surprised when she doesn’t fall for his charm, and Uys realises how difficult it is for Nicolette to be out of the operating room.
Conrad presents an idea to Binneland’s board, but Johan has his reservations. Nicolette realises just how much she has missed being in the operating room, and Dewald feels that Henry doesn’t trust him.

At gets an unexpected visitor on the farm, Liv finds something interesting in Dewald’s locker, and Uys decides to talk to Nicolette about her job offer.
Tracy and Conrad visit At’s farm, where he tells Conrad that he feels uneasy about the project. Nicolette suggests that Uys go away with her. It seems that Dewald and Liv are getting along better, but she has other plans.
Nicolette makes a decision about her future. Dewald gets a taste of his own medicine, and Joe and Ella declare a tentative ceasefire. At warns Conrad that he is playing with fire.
Hannah is heartbroken when she learns about Nicolette’s plans, Dewald succeeds in sabotaging Liv, and At confronts Conrad about his friendship with Tracy.
Both Thalia and Liv are furious with Dewald and demand that he fix what he has broken, Johan visits At on the farm, and Binneland says goodbye (for now) to an aspiring young doctor.
At and Conrad are at loggerheads over Johan, Hannah wants to cheer up Uys, and Dewald finally apologizes.
