Hugo tries to give Steve perspective, and Annelize needs to hide her visitor. Rupert is not the only that isn’t feeling great, while Danny is looking forward to his holiday. Maya’s treatment of René has nasty consequences, and Danny is livid with Rian concerning a pickpocketer.

Chanel is not unsure about her answer, and Steve can’t keep his tongue in check. At and Annelize are informed of a very important patient in Binneland Clinic, while Quinton notes something very upsetting in a patient’s file.

At makes sure that Eben realizes he is not welcome in the hospital – and then insists on Annelize’s loyalty. René decides to get herself tested for MS, while attention to detail leads Tertius to a discovery. An olive branch is extended to Steve, and the doctors are trying to make sense of the medical riddle.

Quinton does his best to support René, and At insists that Maya and Tertius find a connection between the patients. Eben’s words cut deeply, while it is almost impossible to get information from Katryn. Lexi is disappointed in Steve, while Chanel and Danny’s holiday is also not going according to expectation.

The infection gets more deadly, and the distribution a headache. Naomi asks René about Quinton, while the perplexing puzzle pieces slowly fall into place – and start to fit. Eben unnerves Annelize with the information that he has on her, while it becomes vital to find the error in the IT system.

Tertius encourages Maya to do her own investigation, and Quinton is convinced that he knows exactly who is responsible for René’s dilemma. Danny realises what Chanel’s expectation is, while a ruthless Rian uses new information to his advantage. Naomi has another suspect in her cross hairs.

A phone is not the only problem in the distant unknown, and Annelize wants to give Rian some of his own medicine – but At has another idea. It is not only the index patient that is identified, while forgiveness doesn’t have to be a bitter pill to swallow.

The death of another patient sends shockwaves through the corridors of Binneland Clinic, and medical identity fraud lands in the spotlight. At receives an interesting invite, while Annelize’s solution advances her own agenda. Louis is thrown in the deep end, and Verhoef Street is causing Chanel concern.

Annelize voices her concerns towards At, and Chanel tries to figure out Danny’s timeline. Okkie warns Naomi about the next few weeks, while René pays a visit to the police. Wimpie is concerned about Chanel, and Tertius’s longing intensifies.

Maya is thrown by Chanel’s behaviour, and Eben comes to realisation about what he will have to do next. René’s concerns are influencing her work, while Rian tries to disrupt Binneland’s steady climb to success. Naomi begins to feel as if she is not part of Louis’ plans.

René and Danny are both caught off guard by new information, and Tracy could be the light in Eben’s dark tunnel. Naomi gives Tertius the cold hard facts, while Rian discusses his new plan with Becker. A bold question stuns Tertius.

An email address messes with Quinton’s mind, while Tertius changes his mind because of Annelize’s choices. Louis comes up with a plan to help Quinton and René, and Rian makes an appointment to put his plan into motion.

Annetjie lands up in hot water, while Ingrid’s information could be misleading. Tertius discusses a health issue with Louis, while Steve and Annelize are not sitting around the same fire when it comes to Elana’s research.

When there is a breakthrough in René’s case, she can’t help wanting to solve the riddle herself. Eben’s refuge leads to threats and warnings. Tertius’ words catch Naomi off guard, and Rian’s offer isn’t made without strings attached.

René’s actions have consequences, while Eben comes to a new cross roads in his life. Tertius is concerned about the management of ER, while Louis’ concerns aren’t getting less – nor is his blood pressure getting lower. Annelize’s actions proves that she can be both darkness and light.

Elana observes something very clearly on her return to Pretoria, and Okkie offers his assistance to Louis with the planning of the new Nagskof. Equipment causes Tracy to become suspicious, while Becker’s return also causes concern.

Ingrid finds Annelize’s behaviour very strange, while bad news travels fast. Hilda Prins is not exactly what René expected, and Okkie’s assistance doesn’t relieve Louis’ underlying stress. Eben is going to have to know his story not to be caught out.

Ingrid sees something that she shouldn’t, and Naomi finds out about Louis’s blood pressure problems. René makes contact with Quinton, while it becomes very clear that Annelize’s ambition isn’t the only driving force in her life.

Eben is under the impression that he understands Annelize better now, and Louis finds Naomi’s behavior strange. Rian uses his words to remain free from any suspicion, and René feels she and Quinton did the right thing. Tracy’s words makes Eben feel like a prisoner, while Annelize is burnt by Elana’s critique.

Ingrid gets suspicious of Eben and Annelize, and suddenly René’s heart finds its own voice. Annelize wonders about Tracy's motives when she challenges her once again. The tension between Louis and Naomi continues to grow.

Annelize shares shocking details and then Eben takes control. Ingrid is suspicious of Rian’s sudden support, while a decision about a year sows seeds of doubt. Maya tries to help Naomi with Louis and Steve shares a piece of information with Annelize.

Naomi is forced to treat her husband like a child, while Louis begins to wonder what is going on with At. Annelize’s visit with Rian causes more questions than answers especially when At’s will is spoken about.

Elana and Steve argue about Annelize, while Eben suddenly begins to understand how his presence complicates Annelize’s life. Okkie pretends that his forgetfulness is just plain confusion. Maya shares her uncertainty with Steve, and Eben is powerless against Rian.

Louis knows that he will have to inform Okkie about his decision, and Rian is focused on getting Hadad as much time as possible. Ingrid and Elana are trying to make things clearer for themselves, and Maya discusses her future with Hugo.

Conrad is not very forthcoming with information after his discovery – while his talks with Elana reveals even more uncomfortable truths. Ilse takes note of Wimpie’s remarks concerning Okkie, and Hugo dampens Maya’s enthusiasm. Annelize’s crown is adjusted, while Naomi feels a bit more included in Louis’s plans.

Annelize is very frustrated with Conrad’s wheelings and dealings and causes tension between Elana and Steve. Maya feels like she is just not winning with Hugo, while Louis launches a very interesting competition.

Naomi tries to comfort Ilse regarding Okkie, while she also tries to lighten Louis’s work load. Elana’s laser research is on everyone’s lips, and Maya begins to regret her decision. Annelize feels humiliated by Conrad’s decision to involve Ingrid, while Tracy shares her suspicions with Eben.

Naomi sees Ilse’s worries first hand, and Danny might have a solution for Louis’s problems. Rian is not planning on being the only guilty party, while Elana and Conrad have different opinions on who is behind all of it.

Hugo doesn’t have the same opinion as Maya regarding Okkie – and Ilse and Naomi decide to have a talk with Okkie. Annelize surprises Eben when she words her emotions. Conrad doesn’t hold back when he lashes out, while Rian uses his words to manipulate.

Silence makes Annelize uncomfortable – and enrages Eben – but isn’t as upsetting as the meeting that she witnesses. The lack of involvement is actually a compliment, and Maya has had enough of Hugo’s behaviour.

Uncertainty leads to a falling out between Danny and Chanel, and Ingrid’s next move takes place while Annelize is kept in the dark. Hugo asks Maya to be present with Okkie’s examination.

Okkie is convinced that he knows what Maya’s motivation is, while Louis’ frustration leads to a new name. Annelize’s ideas about the future changes when Ingrid settles in. Hugo wants to speak to Eben himself, and Chanel is furious with Danny who told Sasha everything.

Okkie gives Ilse more reason to worry, and Annelize’s frustrations increase when her new tactic doesn’t seem to be working. Cooperation between Rian and Conrad is definitely something of the past, while Ingrid knows what to do to deepend a relationship.

Elana is thrown by Conrad’s plans regarding his shares, and Louis struggles to find a solution for his new problem. It becomes very clear that love stands the test of time – and then Hugo reminds her of the inconvenient truth.

Louis has a solution for the opening night of the new bar, and Maya realises that Okkie doesn’t think she can do her job. Annelize is clearly not going to stay away from Binneland Clinic, while Rian’s excitement regarding his new partner outweighs his suspicions.

Okkie tries to diagnose himself, while Chanel thinks Sasha’s behaviour is strange. Conrad is clearly still shaken by his meeting with Delia, and Hugo asks Maya to be present with Okkie’s examination. Delia wonders about forgiveness – but is also ready to work on her own future.

Elana gives Maya good advice before the examination, and Steve is unhappy about the fact that Annelize shares important news with him. Ingrid is caught off guard by an invitation, while Hugo thinks he knows what Okkie’s problem is.

Everyone reacts with anger, frustration and questions on Hadad’s revelation, and Conrad discusses Delia with Elana. Hugo’s homework gets Maya in trouble with Annelize, while it becomes very clear that Delia has a secret agenda. Sasha is not very keen on going on a blind date.

Sasha plays open cards with Chanel, while Conrad will have to talk away his secret – and Delia’s presence makes him even more uncomfortable. Annelize is shattered by a decision, while Louis thinks he can explain Okkie’s mood.

Naomi thinks her dad doesn’t understand the seriousness of the situation, and Danny talks to Chanel about Sasha. An embittered Annelize is out for blood, while Conrad is welcomed back with open arms. Okkie invites Maya to live with them, and Ingrid’s secret is in danger.

Louis is a bit much for Annelize, while Okkie undergoes the operation. Danny’s frustration causes him to snap, while it becomes very clear that resentful woman is a dangerous one. Conrad’s confrontation is a complete surprise – but it is not the only surprise for the day.

Annelize’s behaviour catches Naomi off guard. Chanel tries to build a bridge between two friends, while it becomes very clear that a relationship between colleagues has been damaged. Annelize is not holding back in At’s ofice – and At struggles to come to terms with the facts.

Elana is stressed about a TV interview, while Okkie keeps information from his family. Conrad has an honest conversation with Ingrid, and Annelize blames Tertius for her current situation. Ingrid shares her emotions with Hugo, and Conrad puts his foot down with Delia.

Sergio de Freitas’ first day at Binneland Clinic isn’t necessarily a disaster. Elana tries to come up with a solution that won’t be too disruptive, while Delia believes that she can wrap Conrad around her little finger. Annelize is definitely not making friends, and Hugo’s logic steers Steve in a new direction.

Steve makes sures that Elana knows he is serious about his suggestion, and Annelize doesn’t adhere to Tertius’s admonishment. Naomi hears of her father’s plans, while Ilse’s good intentions are another humiliation for Annelize. Delia has a new deal for Conrad, and Okkie and Sergio’s paths cross.

Elana is irritated by Steve’s newest strategy, while Sergio’s plan doesn’t seem that easy to execute. Naomi truly experiences Annelize sharp tongue for the first time, and it is very clear that Rian won’t let the wool be pulled over his eyes easily. A conversation gives Tracy hope, while Maya could possibly be the key to success.

Okkie is nervous about his next apppointment, and an emotional Delia makes Conrad feel guilty. It is very clear that diplomacy isn’t working on Annelize, while Conrad promises to support Elana’s decision. Tertius think he knows what Sergio is up to, and a conversation with Lexi awakens Elana’s doubts again.

Certain questions brings memories back for Okkie, while Annelize is becoming more unreasonable. Tertius finds out more about Sergio, while Tracy is excited about drinks. Elana is trying to get certainty from Steve, while an army trunk awakens emotions.

Annelize promises to improve her behavior, and Tertius chooses not to play open cards with Tracy. The first fitness class is a challenge for Maya, while Lexi is not impressed with a decision that has been made.

Annelize realises that At and Ingrid are not speaking to one another, and Conrad realises that he needs to start working on Elana’s function. Chanel warns Maya about Sergio, while Tertius is concerned about Annelize. There is a burglary at the Ferreira’s, and everyone tries to find their feet in the new family.

Louis encourages Conrad to go to a bit of trouble with Elana’s function, while Steve warns Elana regarding the pressure that she is putting the kids under. Ilse reaches out to Okkie about his weird behaviour, and Tertius and Sergio have to attend to a situation in ER.

Elana is worried about Ruan, and Hugo suggest that Conrad uses Tracy to assist him with the party. Tertius and Sergio are at loggerheads about the handling of the situation in ER – and Sergio tries to clear the air with Maya. Tertius is not the only one concerned about Annelize.

Tertius rubs Tracy up the wrong way, while Danny is caught of guard by a snippet of news. Sergio’s behavior makes Tertius suspicious, and Elana is stressed out because of time management – while a photo causes even more tension.

Sergio’s disappearance has everyone wondering. Conrad gives Ruan advice, while Tracy’s new found self-assurance causes him to worry. Elana tries to find her motherly side, and Ilse decides to confront Okkie. Tracy is not scared of standing her ground, and a reunion of sorts brings shocking new insights.

Every man keeps his secret hidden, while De Klerk further complicates an already troubled relationship. Tracy wasn’t born yesterday, while Steve’s solution could also be a new opportunity for Lexi. Delia is not impressed with Tracy.

Sergio has a new mission – but then he lets the cat out of the bag by accident. Conrad has to intervene when Delia and Tracy get into it, while Ilse wants to get to the bottom of things.

Steve wants everyone to be open about their feelings, and Okkie is not impressed wih Ilse’s idea. Rian doubts whether Delia has any influence on Conrad, while Tertius hears about the developments regarding Sergio. Conrad makes it very clear that Steve and Elana’s opinion on Tracy doesn’t bother him.

Conrad insists on buying Tracy a gift, and Danny warns Tertius against Sergio – but it might be too late. Elana discusses the task at hand with Lexi, and there is one couple that has the tongues wagging at the party at At’s house. Steve hears the reasons why Vicky wants a specific motive on her bedding.

Conrad’s problems with the women in his life doesn’t seem to end, and Sergio is invited to dinner. Suspicions and actions are not telling the same story, while Steve has a breakthrough with Ruan. Maya discovers a secret – and isn’t sure about how to act afterwards.

Conrad and Elana squabble over Tracy, and Maya decides to play open cards with Tertius and Okkie. Danny talks without thinking with Chanel, and Ruan shares his concerns with his uncle. The whole truth is the only thing that give a few people’s souls a bit of rest tonight.

Steve reprimands Elana regarding the way that she handles herself, and Chanel shares her fears with Naomi. Sergio is looking for forgiveness – and is ready to find the guilty party. Conrad discusses his concerns regarding Ruan with Elana, while Danny gets it when Chanel takes out her frustrations on him.

Answers are all that stand between De Klerk and his freedom, and Steve gives Danny his opinion on Danny’s solution. Okkie asks Maya for help, while Lexi discusses her concerns with Chanel.

Okkie’s defense leads him to the truth – and a concerned Maya goes on her own mission. Louis becomes aware of he affect that Chanel’s dilemma has on Naomi, while Elana tries to follow Steve’s advice. Ilse’s instincts kick in, and Chanel has an answer for Danny.

Maya doesn’t want to lose Sergio, and Elana is made aware of what the children are thinking. The past is not something that can be put away easily, while it becomes very clear that romance isn’t Danny’s strong suit.

At and Annelize’s court date is getting closer and Tertius realizes that Annelize has plans for At. Maya is frustrated with her unexplainable situation, while Steve puts pressure on Conrad regarding Fairgate. Louis puts his foot in it and Chanel is overwhelmed by questions.

Danny doesn’t tell Chanel about his faux pas and Ilse knows when to stop pressuring Okkie. Annelize attempts to discuss her idea with Conrad, while living arrangements becomes a talking point. Tracy’s advice comes in handy. Danny takes Naomi’s words to heart.

Ilse has her doubts about Okkie’s operation, and Conrad makes a confession to Tracy. Chanel gets a nasty surprise, while Conrad’s computer goes missing. Delia feels insulted by the truth of the matter, and Brandon laughs off Danny’s plans. Rian gets suspicious about Delia and Conrad.

Brandon uses the current sitution to prove a point to Chanel, while Maya thinks she knows what Faf’s motives are. Okkie surprises Naomi with his reaction on her news, and Ilse is worried about Okkie’s sessions.

Delia is sly when she has a talk with Maya, while Conrad wonders about Faf’s motives. Danny and Chanel are faced with a difficult choice and Liezl discusses personal problems with Okkie. Faf tries to play Annelize and Conrad off one another. Danny and Brandon are at war over Chanel, and Tracy is the witness of a negotiation. Gigi and Ian are very interested in one relationship, while Maya suddenly stays behind with Conrad. Okkie and Ilse find themselves on strange terrain.

Conrad gives Annelize the wrong impression on purpose – and wonders about Faf’s finances. Steve isn’t holding back with Brandon, while Ilse is not impressed with Okkie. Brandon attempts to broker peace, and Tracy hears something unsettling from Felicity.

A concerned Annetjie informs Conrad about a problem, and the hard reality hits Danny and Chanel. Ilse discusses her fears with Naomi, while Faf makes Delia wonder about Tracy. Okkie wants to get something off his chest, and Conrad is pressured from all sides.

Steve offers Danny a place to stay, and At explains what is expected of him. Wimpie is not the only one that thinks Tertius is living a boring life, while Annelize moves closer to the truth. Faf has sympathy with At’s dilemma, and Ian probably has all the answers in his hand.

Wimpie is very sly, and Rian’s plan with Tracy catches her off guard. Faf makes his prerequisites known to do business with Binneland Clinic, while Danny wraps Ruan and Vicky around his little finger. Annelize’s suspicions keep her very alert – and then she makes an upsetting discovery.

Delia surprises Rian with her actions, and Danny tries to get information from Naomi. Annelize knows how to make herself heard, while Tertius is getting frustrated with Wimpie. Steve realizes there is growing tension between Elana and their visitor, and Ian spills the beans.

Tertius is starting to suspect that Wimpie is taking him for a fool, and Chanel discusses Danny with Naomi. Tracy is unsure what to do with the information that she got, while Annelize decides that the best solution for the problem is to invent a scapegoat.

Steve’s talk with Danny doesn’t have the desired outcome. Conrad shares shocking news, and in spite of the news Tracy is still worried about the business deal. Rita Nortier (Ilana Cilliers) shows up at Binneland Clinic, and Chanel decides that it is time to have a very honest conversation with Danny.

Conrad can’t believe what he hears, and Wimpie tries to tell Tertius his side of the story. Ian makes sure that his information is worth every cent, while Rita saves Hugo from an uncomfortable situation. Elana tries to get through to Danny, and Conrad is on the war path.

Elana feels that eventually they found a comfortable rhythm in the house, and Annelize gets confirmation about upsetting news. Chanel is thinking about moving to another department, while Rita has an unpleasant experience with Annelize.

Elana realises that being a mother has its own challenges, and Julia derives her own conclusions regarding Hugo. Rita is a very nosey nurse and has many questions about everyone’s life. Everyone is looking for Esra, while Conrad makes an interesting discovery regarding Jonas.

Julia and Danny have a mutual patient, and Conrad tries to calm Annelize and Louis’ fears. Steve and Elana think they know what is wrong with Ruan, while Louis thinks Chanel is off her rocker. Plans need to be revised after a setback – and Annelize becomes the target!

Jonas’ call comes at just the right time, and Rita decides to move into the cottage. Young love gets some attention – but it isn’t the type that Ruan was hoping for. Chanel’s theory becomes a reality for her, while Conrad and Tertius are unsure about what to do with a patient.

Jonas makes Esra feel very guilty with his subtle manipulation, and everyone wonders about Rita’s home circumstances. Ruan thinks he has found a way to get through to Cindy, while a heartbroken Chanel decides to move on with her life.
