Description

Academy Award nominee James Cromwell plays an enlightened clerk who works in the admissions room for the afterlife. He is called on to guide an Israeli couple (Anna Khaja and Anthony Batarse), and a Palestinian (Oren Dayan), who go through admissions together because they have suffered similar tragic endings. As the details of their deaths and how their fates are intertwined become clear, the clerk attempts to teach them the wisdom required to find everlasting peace.

This short is a work of spiritual art. In 20 minutes it lays bare the meaning of forgiveness, compassion, anger, love, and hate. One cannot help but admire the creativity manifested in the telling of this story. It should be viewed by young and old alike. I hope the people who wrote and produced this piece bring out moreā€¦.exploring the human dimensions of life, understanding, and ultimately wisdom. Thanks for an unusually meaningful, and lovingly short, film.
