Definitely the kind of movie you will keep thinking about after you finish it.
I keep thinking about it.

Absolutely loved Super Size Me; found it very entertaining, humorous, enlightening, and shocking. Super Size Me Two is certainly eye-opening if only for the Fast Food Chicken Industry.
Spurlock is a born salesman, and very inventive producer. Bits drag in the film, namely his restaurant formation. Still, lots of information, much of which is found in Food, Inc., and other food/diet docs.
Better Than Original

While the subject of the first film was interesting and caused people to think, it never lived up to the hype; whereas this film takes more efforts to tell a complete story, from farm to table, of everything wrong with the related, but ultimately different beast of the chicken industry. The film wisely doesn't blame anyone, not the consumers who trust the food is honest, nor the companies that lie about them in order to pad their corporate pockets. It also doesn't blame the farmer, which are forced to play in a rigged game that many are unhappy with.
I decided to rent this this film wihle traveling through Spurlock's hometown and hearing of a screening there (I didn't go to this, but wish I had known sooner and went). By coincidence, I had already added the film to my list thinking it had come out years before and I had missed it. Turned out a lot had happened since the film was shelved due to some personal scandals having to do with the filmmaker he outted himself about via twitter before this film could be released. Now, two years later, I read a review which criticized the film for not addressing this elephant in the room, but I think Spurlock and the company made a good decision to keep it about the subject of the film. It's a good cause, well reasoned and I suggest others give it a chance. While its important for MeToo'd perpetrators to own up and try to make right for what they have done, I don't think that should mean in all cases that the filmmakers shouldn't be able to continue being in the limlight, heading up important projects like this one. I truly hope Spurlock continues making his brand of docu-reality film with his balanced approach of first hand trying something and shining light on why we should care through his eyes. He's a talented filmmaker and I hope that his mistakes of the past don't keep him from doing good and making right wrongs in the world, inclduing his own. Good luck to him and congrats on a well-made film. It's by far my favorite and it turns out I've seen quite a few of his over the years.
JUNK DOC

The description says "In a time when we have a junk food loving President", like its our Presidents fault that Ameticans are fat and unhealthy. What alot of them are is stupid, especially the person that wrote this movie description. Even the movie description for this stupid "movie" has to blame our President for something that he just did not do. Why did you have to push your hate into the movie description? F*ck this movie.
awsome

You will learn the entire process of how the chicken arrives on your plate. It is an amazingly researched film with Morgan going all over the country, talking to a number of experts, and investigating all aspects of production and marketing of the chicken industry. This film is so educatative, and should be shown to all students across the country.
Loved It!!!
