This movie literally helped shape my music taste to what it is today, and made me realize my love for happy/sad songs

Hilarious. It keeps you laughing the entire way, and I love kinda making fun of their accents. It's a great movie and everyone should watch it

I saw la la land and thought "man this is the movie of the year." Then I saw Sing Street. Wonderful acting, great director, and music you could enjoy without the movie. It was a all around good movie. Jack Reynor was my favorite.

This was a heartfelt story that I thought was wonderful. The acting was great and the music even better. It took me back to my high school days. My 14 year old even thought it was wonderful and he is very hard to please with movies that are not about war. Great job!!!

What a film! It has it all-story, music and brilliant acting/directing. They just don't make them like this anymore. I was blown away and you will be too.

Honestly I went into watching this movie with no prior knowledge of John Carney or the movie itself. All I knew is that the movie's description sounded like an intriguing story, so I decided to watch it. Let me just say that this is my favorite movie in the world right now. The story! The soundtrack! The actors! The cinematography! I've watched this movie 3 times in the last week of knowing it existed. I've also downloaded the entire soundtrack as it's amazing! Please don't skip out on this film because it's not the most well known. You won't regret it. It's bloody fantastic.

So much of this movie reminds me of the great brat pack movies of the '80s, yet set in Dublin...and a musical. This is a great find, as I can't remember ever seeing any ads or promotion for this movie. Great casting, acting and a fun storyline make this entirely enjoyable.
