Biography
Noh Hyo Jung, known professionally as Lucy, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, model and former member of WEKI MEKI. She graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School, focusing on Practical Dance and enrolled in the Theater program at Dongguk University.
